Q1. 忘記選課密碼？
A: 選課密碼與成功入口相同：

★新生 入學密碼 預設規則如下:
   ❶本地生：【身份證號】後4碼+【生日】後4碼。
          如：【身分證號】：A123456789，【生日】：84年6月12日，則密碼為：67890612。
   ❷外籍生與僑生、交換生：【學號】後4碼+【生日】後4碼。
          如：【學號】：H12345678，【生日】：1995/06/12，則密碼為：56780612。    
★舊生忘記選課密碼者:
   ❶忘記選課密碼者:請登入成功入口,使用"忘記密碼"功能  
   ❷若密碼有問題,無法登錄成功入口: 計網中心 1 F 成功入口 服務處處理(電洽ext. 61010, 61045)  

The password is the same as Cheng-Kung Portal.

Password Issues:

  • Local freshman: the last 4 digits of ID number + the last 4 digits of birthday.
       Example: your ID number: A123456789 ,your birthday: 1995/06/12 (YYYY/MM/DD), then your Default Password: 67890612 .
  • Foreign freshman: the last 4 digits of Student ID + the last 4 digits of birthday.
       Example: your Student ID: H12345678, your birthday: 1995/06/12 (YYYY/MM/DD), then your default password: 56780612 .
  • Forgot your password? Please log into the Cheng Kung Portal and click the "Forget Password" mark.

    Q2. 第1階段學士班選課前課程內定規則(通常於期末考後一周或期末考周期進行次學期內定作業)？
    A: 1.此階段本系必修科目採內定，轉學新生、研究生及學士班醫學系五年級(含)以上學生除外，受理本系所本年本班本組課程及志願選項課程選課，學系若有分班或分組課程限選本班及本組，本階段選課無名額限制。

    2.課程查詢系統限選條件若被設定〔第一階段不受理選課〕，則該科目不會被內定且需等到第2階段才能上網選課。
    3.分組課(一門課開2班以上)，在第1階段選課前其內定課程規則，預設採學號的第7第8碼除以該科的開課數來進行分組。
    4.若前一學期仍有部分成績尚未到齊，會暫將未到之成績科目視為未修，進行內定作業，若後續成績不及格，將依「選課限制條件」欄之規定由系統比對後剔除。
    5.學士班復學生於內定作業時(次選課學年期未休學者),其內定規則比照舊生(內定作業完成後，再申請提前復學者 並無內定課程，請自行選課)。

    1.All continuing students, except those from the Department of Medicine in the fifth year of study, in the undergraduate programs are enrolled by the Division of Registrar in the department-designated required courses for their major program. All continuing students are only allowed to register for courses designated for their own class/class category and for preferred courses for computer-selected enrollment.
    2. If a course is conditionally set up with “no registration allowed during the first stage” in the course catalog system, it shall not be open to registration until the second stage.
    Q3. 選課系統畫面無法正常使用？
    A: 1.請試試其它流覽器(EX. Firefox)。
    2.建議使用PC版網頁瀏覽器,目前無提供行動裝置版網頁選課。

    Q4. 若有不正常登出或操作過程中當機,而造成系統重複登錄？
    A: 1.確認每次登入後均有正常登出，且同一帳號沒有同時登入多個設備。

    2.可能已經登入系統或不正常登出，請等待25分鐘後再次登入或直接在出現的錯誤劃面點  "若不想等,想刪除之前的連線,請點我"。

    Q5. 如何從課程查詢系統查科目序號，加入選課系統？
    A: 方法1:
    成大中文版首頁->在校學生->課程資訊->各學期課程查詢

    NCKU English Homepage -> Enrolled students -> Curriculum-> Course Catalog


    課程查詢系統依"學系"查詢出課程資訊,其中第3 個欄位就是科目序號，在選課系統中填入系號+序號，加選課程。

    Look up the course information according to the course catalog. The 3rd column is serial Number.
    Fill in the dept/inst. code + serial Number on course enrollment system to add course.

    Q6. 第1階段選課，可否跨組、跨班選課？
    A: 1.依據選課公告，本階段僅能選取本系、本年級之課程。
    2.曾轉系與轉學生可跨修本系不同年級課程，但不可跨班、跨組。
    建築系三年級分工設組與設計組，如於第一階段無法跨組選課，請於第2階段或開學日至系辦選跨年級分組課程。
    3.申請通過輔系、雙主修學生，此階段可跨輔系或雙主修該系課程，無法選課者請至註冊組首頁>學生線上服務>學籍&成績查詢系統查看是否通過輔系或雙主修維護。
    4.學士班僅受理本班課程,必修分組課程若已內定在本階段僅能棄選,不能補選,欲換組請於第2階段選課再換。
    1.According to NCKU Notice of Course Enrollment, 1st Stage of Course Enrollment :This phase only open to major, academic year courses enrollment.
    2.Continuing transfer students are allowed to register for courses designated of other higher levels for the same-category class of other levels under their major program.
    3.Students in double major/minor programs are allowed to register for courses designated of other higher levels for their second major/minor program.
    4.Undergraduate students are only allowed to register for courses designated for their own class. Those who have been enrolled in advance by the Division of Registrar in a required-course group/class are only allowed to cancel the assigned enrollment. Any change in registration with regard to the assigned enrollment shall be completed during the second stage.
    Q7. 志願選課抽籤規則？
    A: 1.抽籤規則，請進 選課系統->課程資訊->選課抽籤規則查看。
    2.各項抽籤課程及志願序登記時請勿重複!
    3.同學期已抽中相同名稱之課程，再登記視同無效志願。
    4.已額滿的科目亦可照填(因於該階段結束後，學生棄選或申請休學將釋放餘額。

    Q8. 第1階段第2次通識課程(A9)上網登記抽籤規則？
    A: 1.登入帳密，於選課系統>志願選填選選項作業。
    2.學士班學生不管第一階段是否抽中課程，都可於此階段再次登記通識抽籤。
    3.第2次的通識抽籤至多抽中1科,請填寫科目系號,序號,優先抽中志願序,相同科目重複登記視為同一志願。
    Q9. 第2階段通識課程(A9)如都額滿,上學期大一新生如何選填通識課程的志願？
    A: 1.通識選課請詳閱通識選課注意事項。
    2.課程查詢於上學期第二階段所看到的通識課程(A9)的餘額均是舊生的餘額,針對當年度入學的大一新生有保留名額,大一新生可針對通識課程(A9)已額滿的科目可照填不誤。
    ps:志願課程請多填,以免抽籤沒抽中(建議每項至少10個),每項至多抽中1個。

    Q11. 因上學期成績未到無法超修？
    A: 1.若上學期成績尚未到齊(非0學分科目),則無法進行超修動作(上限25學分)。
    2.待學期成績送達後(成績送交註冊組期限:第一學期1/31,第二學期7/10),再行確認是否達超修標準,再行選課。
    Q12. 大學部超修25學分標準？復學生可否超修？
    A: 1.依本校選課辦法第三條:學期學業成績優異者,學期學業成績優良者，次學期得加選一至二科。學期學業成績優良標準，由各學系(所)另訂之。
    2.復學生於上一學期為休學狀態,故復學生無法超修。
    Q13. 如為學生"必修課程"但名額已額滿,於網路選課系統無法選擇,該如何處理？
    A: 1.請於每階段確認，是否學生因休學或棄補選釋出名額，於選課系統補選。
    2.請於特殊因素階段至系辦詢問教室容量餘額，可否進行人工加選。
    Q14. 網路選課擋修問題處理？
    A: 1.網路選課各階段均會判斷限選條件，其中擋修規則將依"科目名稱+必(選)修+學分數+成績"等限選條件擋修。
    2.例外狀況，請視系辦人工選課作業階段由系辦認定是否該科目可比照加選。
    3.如於成績未到時先行加選科目，若成績送達後不及格者，系統將自動剔除不符條件者。
    Q15. 選課重修問題？
    A: 1.依選課辦法第三條規定：重修或補修之科目，應儘先修習。已修習及格或已核准抵免之相同科目，不得重選，但各學系或開課單位另有規定者，不在此限。
    2.重複修習學分不計入應修最低畢業學分內，惟當學期成績及畢業成績，均列入計算。
    3.課程學分數不為0且成績及格或准抵免之相同科目名稱者，不得重選。
    1.Students should give priority to enrolling in courses that they have previously failed. No enrollment in a course that a student has previously completed, transferred or waived is allowed, except for those courses designated by specific departments with their own rules.
    2.The number of credits resulting from a course re-enrollment will not count into the minimum number of credits for graduation, but will be used in the calculation of the total grade for the semester and for graduation.
    Q16. 選課學分限制？超(減)修學分如何辦理?
    A: 1.依本校選課辦法規定第三條規定:學生選課第一學年至第三學年每學期不得少於16學分不得多於25學分， 第四學年每學期不得少於9學分不得多於25學分。

    2.學生若因輔系、雙主修、教育學程或其他特殊情況，經系主任專案簽請教務長核可者，得於當學期超修或減修學分。超修或減修學分至多以三科或六學分為限，但至少應修習一個科目。
    According to NCKU Course Enrollment Regulations Article 3:

    1.Undergraduate programs: Students on a four-year undergraduate program shall each enroll with 16 to 25 course credits per semester in the first three years of study , and with 9 to 25 course credits per semester in the fourth year of study.

    2.A student is allowed to be exempt from the minimum of 9 or 16 course credits and enroll with a minimum of three courses or six course credits under special circumstances (such as minor study, double-major study or the Educational Program), if this is approved by the vice president of academic affairs.
    Q17. 選課衝堂問題？
    A: 依本校選課辦法第四條規定:不得選修衝堂之科目，違者衝堂科目均以零分計。
    According to NCKU Course Enrollment Regulations Article 4:
    No enrollment in two schedule-conflicting courses is allowed. The enrollment in two schedule-conflicting courses will result in a grade of zero for both courses.
    Q18. 第3階段通識課程(A9)登記抽籤，填寫擬抽中科目數？
    A: 請於第3階段上網登記通識志願課程、志願序與填寫擬抽中科目數。
    範例：學士班甲生於網路各階段登記A9通識抽籤或網路選課A9通識科目數如下
             第1階段：A9通識抽中1科、第2次抽籤無選中。
             第2階段：網路選課選修A9通識2科(第2階段前選修A9通識課程總數累計限3科)。
             第3階段：登記6科A9通識、填寫擬抽中2科，該生總修學分已達23學分，結果僅抽中1科。
    該生於選課階段共選中A9通識4科，學分上限25學分，如第3階段抽中A9通識課程不想上，僅得申請退選。
    Q19. 若出現下列畫面應如何處理？
    A:

    請務必點選 取消 ,再利用選課系統所提供的登出功能作登出,否則不正常的登出,本系統將會管制25分鐘後才能再次登入。

    Q20. 驗證碼看不懂：O跟0跟D還有2跟Ｚ分不清楚？
    A: 驗證碼內容數字部分為：0~9 英文部分為： A~F 驗證碼無大小寫之分,僅要鍵入對的文字即可。
    Q21. 進入之後無選項,只有公告（進入後顯示畫面不完整）？
    A: 因為系統忙碌的關係,造成顯示上的不完全,需做以下的動作
    1.如能點選登出系統,請先執行登出系統
    2.無法點選登出系統,請請關閉視窗,後執行刪除"cookie"
    以上兩點執行完後,便可重新登入系統
    Q22. 驗證碼無法顯示,該怎麼辦？
    A: 因為系統忙碌的關係,造成顯示上的不完全,請任意輸入一組驗證碼,讓伺服器重新為你產生一組新的驗證碼。
    Q23. 才剛開不到一分鐘卻跳出已閒置15分鐘強迫登出的視窗？
    A: 1.請檢查是否有另外一個視窗已經登錄在線上,而且已逾15分鐘未動作,當以上情況發生時,系統將會自動將執行中的選課系統作登出的動作
    而就算是未登入的視窗跳出此訊息,也誤認為是系統誤判,此時代表你已登入的另一個選課畫面已被登出。
    2.若無上述之情況,請手動刪除cookie。
